How Deposits Work

Deposit before Dam is pregnant is $200. Deposit is refundable until the date Dam is confirmed pregnant, non-refundable after that. Buyer will be notified when Dam is in heat, as a heads up to make that final decision. When the litter is born 50% of the remaining balance is required within 3 days, non-refundable. Then remaining balance thereafter is due upon pickup. The incentive of early deposit is to secure next pick of the litter, which is determined by the order deposits are received.

*** For refund of early deposit, Buyer must send a request for payment by same method it was paid (e.g., to Venmo @drippindoodles, PayPal, Zelle, etc.). This is for clean accounting, to be sure we're sending to the right person, and another record that you actually requested refund and we didn't break an agreement with you. Thank you for understanding, and sorry for any inconvenience. ***

Deposit after Dam is confirmed pregnant by our dedicated veterinarian is $200, non-refundable.  When the litter is born 50% of the remaining balance is required within 3 days, non-refundable. Then remaining balance thereafter is due upon pickup. Paid deposits secure next pick of the litter, which is determined by the order deposits are received. 

50% of remaining balance is required within 3 days, or immediately with a new agreement after litter is born, non-refundable because puppies are removed from availability and a loving home may be turned away. If Dam is determined not to be pregnant or if the number of puppies is fewer than persons who have made deposit, Buyer is eligible for a 100% refund of deposit or may choose to apply toward next litter.
